Do you mean to say you don't have the factory servace manual? My brother and I did my clutch and flywheel and it was a big job for us being first timers. We needed the manual. Torque specs are important.
Honda MTF will be all that you need for your tranny fill up, just over two bottles.

After you get all the bolts out, not forgeting to remove the starter....the tranny just slides off really. We tried a second jack with some old text books too keep it up and pull it off that way, no luck. I just ended up bench pressing the thing. Its not too heavy, just akward. We did use a jack under the oil pan to keep the motor up.

yea your gonna need the torque specs for the flywheel (IMPORTANT!: my friend had a bolt from his flywheel come off while he was driving. ate his clutch and flywheel, also only have 1 left that was torqued. the rest were finger tight)

make SURE you get the starter bolt. that damn thing held my tranny on. and you can start to pry with a scre driver till you get a hand on the inside of the bell housing to grab it. someone already said it. its not heavy just akward (about 70lbs)

Its really cool to take it all apart and see how everything works. When you are done, you realize that pulling the whole motor is not alot more work than what you have just finished!
