how do i set the timing back to top dead center someone told me to set tha cam and they told me something on the bottom also but i forgot what they said to set on the bottom

 

with the crank pulley removed and the timing cover also removed, there is a mark or the timing sprocket on the crank, there is also a mark on the oil pump housing, line the two arrows up, set the cams to thier respective TDC, and put the belt on.
