Help me! white woman in trouble :)
yo what up...ok so i have a 92 lx civic 5spd..now i bought the car without a starter on it.and i need to know what starter i need for it...honda gave me three options mitsuba....hitachi... and somethin else. please help!!! im fixing this car up and im sick of roll starting it!lol
are you buying it from honda, and doing it yourself?
if so, just go to a parts store, get the one that they have in stock, and you will probably save some money..
if honda is gonna do it, let them pick...

I'm with 9295EJ-t on this one personally, it will save you money and make the decision simpler: Get a new starter from a credible autoparts store such as Autozone, Advanced Auto Parts, Napa, or Car Quest... doesn't matter who, just as long as they have a good warranty on the product, and you keep the reciept. If you goto Autozone avoid "ValuCraft"... go "Duralast" or better.
But if you still wanna go OEM, I'm not sure what BRAND you should get.
I'm not sure it even matters. I think Honda just had multiple supliers for their starters and they're avalible still from those origina suppliers to so that people can order a replacement of the same brand and be filmilar with it still. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong here.
