Just moved. New pics of the sleeper.
I just moved from California to Grand Junction, CO. So far I love it. I had some free time, so I went up to the Colorado National Monument (which is pretty much overlooking my new house) and took some pictures. They don't do the scenery justice, but I think they will do for now.

Ah, ha. There is a reason I did that.
Unfortunately, a few weeks before I moved, I was rearended by a lunch truck that was in a hurry. It caused $1300 worth of damage that still hasn't been repaired (but will sometime this week), so I didn't want to take pics of the ugly back end.

I hope not. I never had a problem in California, though. The problem is that there is no big city 250 miles in each direction, so if it was taken, it wouldn't be that hard to disappear. The only place they could take it is from school since it is garage kept the rest of the time.

Thanks. So far I love it. I can't get over how beautiful the scenery and weather is. And the drinkable tap water is a bonus.
Some of the locals say the snow is pretty short lived. It is only at 4500 feet, so it won't snow as much as the other side of the Rockies. I have never driven the car in snow, so I think it will be very interesting if it ever does snow hard.

Yeah, it is in the boonies, but I have everything I need here and the pace of life is a refreshing change from the OC hustle and bustle.
