I would prefer Mobile 1 or Penzoil, though Castrol is another good name and I wouldn't expect any problems from it. I personally don't use their oil but I know of pple who have and never heard of a complaint from it. Go for it, it's not a high performance engine anyways.

I have a dyno sheet of my wifes gsr before and after the oil change.
before 10W30 castrol syntech ---> 173 whp
after 10W30 amsoil ATM full synthetic ---> 178 whp
and it gained over the whole rpm band, not just at the top.
