i found these rims for sale, and im kinda skeptical on buying them. are they real desmonds? are they another wheel made by desmond? any info would be helpful.

Well... They look legit. You should go see them in person, and pick them up... You'll know right away if they're Rotas once you wiegh them...

Those pics are Rota wheels. You can tell by the finish. On the the Rota wheels, there's paint over them with lots of orange peel (as you see in the pics). Real Desmond Regamaster wheels are more of a flat color granite/pumice finish. Looks like the guy either got ahold of some Demond stickers or had them made (not to hard to do these days) and stuck them on the wheel. Also, why is the Desmond sticker on the inside of the barrel crooked and too far from the middle of the barrel? Obviously a fake right there.

Yeah..they look completely FAKE, I wonder where the hell they got that Desmond sticker. Probably printed it out from their home computer...scamming bastards, put up their information and let h-t bomb them.

DEF look fake... do the slots in the sides of the spokes go all the way through the bend between the spokes on 16's like 15's? Thats one way to tell.

fake , desmonds never came with blue lip stickers , the desmond inner wheel sticker looks fake and isnt even stuck on correctly. plus the finish is not even close to almighty grey. ill dig up pics of mine.

 

I KNEW the blue lip sticker was fake... haha... plus it looks like its for a 15" wheel instead... lol

The sticker is not even the same circumfrence as the wheel.

But mark don't rota's not have the vents on the wheel spokes and only the mother russias do?

its a fake 15in sticker and thats a 16in wheel that why. the real sticker says regamaster evo on it too.

I dont know for sure about the 16's but the 15 inch rotas have the vents... they just arent as deep.
