Default wiring and electronics guru's please help

ok so I have an issue with my 00 SI I just put my motor back in (spun a bearing and had to rebuild) and now have no brake lights. I have the running lights they are working fine. So I checked the fuse and it was blown, so I replaced it, the min I depress the brake pedal, it blows again, also a side note when the fuse blows there is no horn, along with no cruise (which has also been missing since I bought the car). I assume my break lights have worked the whole time since no one has run into the back of me yet, but not 100% sure since I cant see the back of the car while im driving. I have the helms manual and have the wiring brake down of the brake lights and it does show that all things associated with that fuse (#52) a 15A fuse are the things im missing, so when the fuse blows I loose horn, cruise, and brake lights. The diagram also shows what I would assume is a relay saying
2(4) brake switch (closed-pedal depressed) 1(3) now I cant seem to find this anywhere and am wondering if its a bad relay and would explain a lot of problems, anyone have any experience with this, and can help me out??? i appritiate it ahead of time, sorry so long but want to give as much info.

do you have any lights ex: cel, srs? a faulty speedo, cable reel, or even a brake switch can cause it not to work.. also if you have your clutch switch wires spliced together that can also do it just throwing things out there.. does anything happen when you press the cruise switch? your best bet since you seem like you know what your doin with electrical, is to get out the test light and multimeter and just follow diag procedures.. good luck

no cel's no srs, speed sensor is fine since vtec is engaging, and from what I understand if that was bad id have no vtec, havnt touched the clutch wires, will check that. Also already replaced the brake switch. When I push the cruise switch the green light comes on, I have checked everything on it under the hood all vac hoses conected and wiring. the wierd thing is I pull the vac hose off and its building pressure, you can hear it release the air. I pulled the lower cover off tonight looking for the solonoid that the wiring diagram said to look for and it wasnt where it was supposed to be???? odd I know, there are a few plugs under there that arnt conected to anything, thinking some may be unplugged for alarm, fogs, stereo, lots of stuff that I didnt mess with, I am not sure where to even start with the test light, hopeing someone has had the same problem and fixed it. Let me know if anyones has anymore input

well the plug for your cruise control unit is like a 14pin or 12pin connector from what your saying it sounds like the actuator is faulty.. a test for the actuator (the one that has the cable going to it and the 4wire plug)

disconnect the cable, the vacuum line from the manifold side and the plug. if you have a vacuum pump with a gauge, apply vacuum to the line with power + applied to wire 1 on the plug and 2, 3, 4 are grounded.. you should see the rod that connects to the cable move in all the way.. if it doesnt you have a bad actuator..
i would also check all the wires going to the cruise unit while your at it.. if youve done that test and it checks out fine get back to me

so check engine light came on yesterday, just got the codes pulled. Showed slow response from the front o2 sensor, and load detector high voltage. Does this mean the front o2 sensor needs replaced? also what does that second one mean??never heard of anything like that before, any ideas

sounds like your o2 isnt reading correctly replace it, clear the code you shouldnt have a problem.. and the Load Detector code could also be related to that so just clear them both after you replace the o2 you should be ok did you fix the cruise btw what happened?
