Default Where To Start

I have a 92 Civic EX 4dr with a d16z6 and i was just wondering what should be the first step in making this car look and perform its best?

No ? about that get everything taken care of here will make the car ride better then any single thing. Replace the rubber bushings with polly after you change out any worn out suspension parts ( ball joints, tie rods inner and outer) then have a good alignment done on all 4 corners

work on your suspension first like the others are saying.. then I would go boost.
