so heres the deal
went to drive to work today and noticed a sqeeking noise around the time when i would accelerate from leaving a stop so i thought and worried about it at work and on the way home i pinpointed to when it happens... as im leaving the clutch out right as it disengages it makes kinda of a grindingish/ sqeekish noise ( sorry i cant really describe it ) now my car is brand new 7100 miles and ive only flat shifted it a couple times and generally dont tear the gears and clutch up too bad any thoughts???

 

i had this problem also, juss take it back to the dealer and they should take care of it...(under warrenty), something with the clutch master cylinder. might be low or somthing i forgot

 

i had that prob as well but on my es1...it would make a squeeky noise whenever i would press on the clutch...it might just be that you need to lube the gear on the engine(i honestly do not know what it is called...sorry)

 

that happened to me too....it happens at the point where u aLmost fuLLy Let out ur cLutch and the tranny connects to ur engine, I got so pissed wen I heard that after I noticed the noise came from my car, I intensionaLLy did it 3 times, and the noise showed up 3 times and it just went away (?)

There is a TSB on this for the EP3's I imagine its the same part as the RSX. The master cylinder is squeaking. Honda will replace for free.
