I think u just use the stock harness, just need a add and lengthen a couple wires for vtec and what not. the dizzy should be fine cause there both obd2, somone correct me if i'm wrong.

You can use ur stock harrnes and you would have to extend ur charge harness(alt) because on civic ur alt is in the bak and on ludes its on the front
