Default Question for 89 Crx gies with 18' rims..

How high do your car sit / What off set are they 42 or 52, If they rub, and what about your springs.

I want to put 18 on my rex with my 2" drop, I think 42 will rub, my 17 did. 52 to me always look way to tucked.. Any one have any pics.. Thanks.

get 15" rims or 16" max. unless you have a twin turbo supra your car cant turn 18" rims dude.

You dont even have vtec your gonna loose prolly 2 seconds on your 1/4 mile time... soccer mom's mini van will kick your **** at every light.

Unlees that is you get some of those 10.5 lbs 17" rims that are 3500 US.....

But they still dont look good on ef's they look out of place way topo big

I've got a H22a in my rex, I just wanna have a pimp set to ride with and still have that look, not the roller skate syndrome. I say a cat on here with 18 on a white rex with grey wheels , every one knocked him but I thought the wheels could have been different, but it did look nice
Thanks for the comment..

18" rims looks tight on a crx...but you gotta have it lowered with a bodykit....otherwise it will look lifted and totally whack. As for turning, you probably will have to roll the fender lip and push in the inside fender edge. Also using 18's with an h22 will not take 2 secs off your timeslip either.

H22A? I don't think so, is that why your sig says **** on VTEC. I would assume that means you don't have vtec.

If he doesnt have a VTEC, then oh well....its not our loss. Anyway, a h22 in a crx is a bad idea, unless its only for the strip.

Just my opinion, but 18's don't look good on a crx at all, 17's are pushing it IMO. A nice ste of 16's with a nice drop, and you'll be set, not to mention the performance aspects of it all.

offset 52 is too high, go for 42-45

H22 engine disturbs the car's balance, engine rotates backwards: not suitable for someone looking for the ultimate in handling but is the perfect platform for big *** N/A torque or F/I ..

He just said he had a h22 cause i burned him saying he has no VTEC and those will be too big. He is a typical rice boy. Thats the biggest engine he could think of. I think he shouldove said h25
