Between which pins on the sensors? When the car is off, on, etc?

There are only two pins, so between them. You can't check resistances with voltage applied, so the car has to be off.

doh! Failed to realize they were both 2 pin sensors, I thought they were 3 for some reason

Awesome diagram though!
