how high can a stock jdm itr block rev to with a built head? how much can the stock pistons, rods, crank handle bone stock?

so the stock block can handle 9500 without breaking? of course this is with a built head.

but 11k rev also looks so cool lol .

 

I saw a stock B18C1 rev up to 11k with a miss shift and nothing happened. I've also seen a few B18C5's blow after 10
