clutch cables doesn't fit on b16a please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used the stock one on my swap. Try this...disconnect the cable from the pedal and then connect it to the assembly on the transmission. Now try to hook it back up to the pedal.

You need to shorten the jacket on your cable. See a picture of what to do here:
In the event that picture doesn't show up, read for the link to the picture here, it's in the section titled "Clutch Cable Problems?"

90 integra clutch cable works fine, you must be doing something wrong. Just did one on a S1 tranny in a 89 crx last week.

The EF cable wil work unmodified, but you max. out the adjustment trying to get the clutch release point right and even then you won't be sure that the PP is fully seating with all it's available pressure. In other words, it may be like driving around with your foot resting on the clutch pedal.
go to Acura or a junkyard and get the clutch cable bracket off of a USDM 90-93 integra tranny then use the integra cable you already have
I had the same problem once and had to shorten the cable housing by cutting it with a dremel.
A different brand of throw out bearing may give you more clearance.
Good luck.

I never disconnect my cable from the clutch pedal, and to get the cable to go back on the bracket correctly under the hood, I use a jack and a ball joint seperator to jack up the clutch arm outside the tranny, to allow the cable to be put into place on the bracket... I know it's kinda dangerous, but getting under the dash is annoying
Anyone else ever do this?
