Its on auto trannies only, it's located on the big plug between the shifter and the radio console, and yes, you can use it. Find the wire color in the repair manual.

My parents sometimes drive my car... so i can't really have a switch......
I was thinking of use the head's remote power lead to be the switch... with the passive kill switch diagram from 12volt..
tho i realized that hondas kill all accessory lines when u start the car...
