wierd noise/friction

Default wierd noise/friction

when i brake from time to time there is additional friction and when im moving slowly in reverse there is a howl type noise that i am hearing. what could be causing this? thanks in advance.

Default additional friction meaning

the brakes feel like they are grinding a bit. i just changed the pads and rotors so thats fine.

nobody here will laugh at you if you say what year, model of accord you have.
Brake dust in the rear drums can cause a howling sound, you might try to pull the drums and blast out the dust with a spray can of brake cleaner. adjust them up 12 clicks while you are in there.

Default i have a 92 accord

i did my brakes about a month ago and it just started. it sounds like the noise is coming from the front half of the vehicle. thanks a ton for the feedback!
