Cooling fan goes on when i turn the ignition and stays on whether the car is hot or cold. I unplugged both sensors on the upper radiator hose housing and the on the thermostat housing. The fan will shut off immediately when the ignition is off. I'm assuming the car thinks it's hot when it's really not causing the fan to go on any ideas? I swapped out the relay with a different one same result. I pulled the fuse it shut off.
