Header clearence problems with dc header?

Default Header clearence problems with dc header?

I just got this for my sohc d16a6 and my hatch is a 91 civic

anyone have any clearence issues with the cross member?

all i no its a bitch to fit if you have ac and you might have to hit that crossmember a bit atleast thats what i hear you have to do. my kamakazi was a pain to fit with ac. i no its not a dc sport but its also a 4-1 hearder. i didnt even no dc made one for the crx i thought it was only 4-2-1. i think only the eg header is 4-1 maybe thats why u having issues. i might be wrong just talking about my experience amd what i hear. but really theres little clearence with the crossmember

if its a one piece youll have to drop the xmember to install it

yeah. not other way around it.

itll work fine with the ac compressor.

yeah i figured i would have to drop the cross member. i was just wondering about the clearence. oh and it is off of an eg model. I dont have ac so i will have room but, down below towards the crossmember is my only question. anyone running the 4-1 dc in there ef?

i have and used the same Z6 DC 1 piece ceramic header on my crx.

its fine. the rear support doesnt bolt up, but whatever. you can lower the bracket i think.

you drop the crossmember and radiator.
