i have done top engine cleaner and the cat. i dont know what els to do im running a p28 ecu the car is a 91 dx hatch motor is 93 ex d15b vtec..? help....

no its a jdm d15b...its 93 1.5 vtec from japan any way i need to pass smog its running at 2200 nox its should be at 835 nox to pass help..
