Default My 90 crx wont start

Im not sure what to do?!? My 1990 crx wont start, I dont here the fuel pump priming, so is it the main relay? Could is be anything else? It all started by not starting after I stop at the store quick, and if I waited like an hour or so it would start, but now even after I wait, it wont start, and its doing it even if I havent drove it all day...is there another relay just for the fuel pump?? I read somewhere to check the fuel pump relay and the main relay..so if theres 2 where is the fuel pump relay located, and does the main relay give power to the ECU first then to the main relay? Could the ECU be the problem? Please help, I have no clue!

Sounds like the main relay. Take it out and solder up the connections inside and you should be good to go.

Can I get a new one ? Or one from a junkyard? and if so, how much do they cost?

You could get a new one or go to the junkyard, but soldering is free and makes it good as new, prolly less time spent traveling as well. Ebay also has them. 20-80 bucks usually depending on your source and condition.

Sounds like you've got trouble, got a CEL?

When you take the cover off the main relay you can see the circuit board with the solder points on it. I just heated them up until the solder melted.

What happens is the solder gets old and the connections weaken so when you resolder it life is good again.

Just my soldering iron, you don't jump any of the wires, just leave it like stock but redone solder points.
