For starters, what the hell does that say? lol
I just realized I gave you the wrong link above. Sorry about that.
Go here \/ and you will see all the parts you have to swap.

If you are going to turbo it anyway, I personally wouldn't bother with the H23vtec.

im currently debating whether or not to go boost or not. Its a daily driving car as me and my fiance are building a z6 and boosting with a t3/t4 so thats our "fun" track car. The jdm H22a in my car pulls enough for me, i might go with some mild cams- and rods/pistons for an all motor build perhaps- still not sure. gl with whatever you buy.

lol, please read the thread I pointed out to you! It lists everything you have to do to put the H22 head on the H23 block. No, you can't just throw it on there. The intake and exhaust manifolds are different and you have to change everything that the timing belt touches. That's a very simplified version of it. It's good info in the thread.
School will be in session soon. I suggest you stop worrying about cars and pay more attention in class. You need to be able to communicate before you mess with cars.
Until now, I never thought there was anything worse than a ricer. I now realize a ricer who can't speak/write is the worst.
Good luck.

i actually do quite well in school.
but how is what i said gramaticaly in correct?
and what exactly makes me a ricer?
and i could fling around insults as well but what is the point in me stooping to your level of lack of intelegence where you must put people down to raise your own self-esteem level
