Hey guys i need some help,

i was just wondering if the type s valve springs are duel springs on both the intake and exaust side because i was thinking of using them with my new cams

and i have a usdm h22 i was wondering if they have duel valve springs at all

Stock USDM H22a have dual valve springs, i think it is a waste to upgrade to typeS valvetrain when u can get better stuff, esp. with cams
