what gen accord do you ahve? 90-93 accords and 92-96 ludes had speed sensitive power steering. when you install the trans you will see the PS lines on teh crossmember to hook the lines up.
if you have a 94-97 accord its a worthless part in your car so you can just leave it alone, or loop the lines or whatever.

As for the manuals on ebay are they the Honda factory ones or the Chilton books scanned in?
I want the official Honda one, Ive got it for my 240 and its been a great resource.
