Can you tune a car with chipped ECU

I have recently turbo my b18c-R. But im kindna new to this Force induction stufF.
Can you tune the car with Hondata chipped??

You can tune your car with numerous engine managements. From a chipped ECU to a standalone like AEM.

I would recommend AEM or Crome Pro.
