Default will a 99-00 civic bumper fit on a 96-98 without changing headlights and fenders?

hello, i was just wondering if i get a 99-00 civic oem bumper will it fit on my 97 civic without changing my headlights, fender,hood?

no. their was a similar thread not too long ago.

you gotta change: hood, headlights, fenders, bumper, grill, bumper support (optional)

if you have any sort of bodyman skills you can make it fit, but why ruin a good 99-00 front end instead of selling your stuff and buying the 99-00 parts, oh but if you still want to do it, you have to grind and mold the edges where the lights go, I think they are like 3/4 of an inch shorter than the 96-98 headlights, but the 99-00 look a lot smother on the ride
