I am trying to crank my B18C1 motor w/ a new LS oil pump. I have the 15amp ECU & 7.5amp backup fuse out of the fusebox. when I crank the motor, it turns, but no oil is coming up to the head. I have my valve cover off and crank it 4-5 seconds continuously, but I'm not seeing oil coming up. Normally I would see the oil drip on the valvetrain & cams. Am I missing something? Any ideas?
