Yea thats a bad idea unless its highly modifiied. But if you MUST, buy a obd1 chipped ecu from ht member mtber. You will also need a conversion harness.

No its PnP. Takes about 4 seconds to change out ecu's with a conversion harness.

Are you retarded. Dont raise it if you care about your engine at all. You will LOOSE power after your current RL and put intense stress on your engine.

you cold get a vafc about 180-250 or you could get msd the one with the rev limiter chips you can buy whole set up about 300+ bucks would recomend msd though because it delivers a good spark to what ever rev you want if you want you could also knife your crank

shut up. msd sucks. get your computer chipped. drop a valve. then bug us for a how-to on a full motor rebuild.

Listen to me
Also, you can break your rev limiter, pull up parking brake put the car in neutral..start car, release clutch.. and just floor the gas.. for about 25 minutes..then eventually the rev's will go up, brick on gas pedal FTW

its an Si, its revving higher than a d seires, be happy with 7+ rpm's. Do some head work and valvetrain upgrade. Then get it tuned. With that the rev limiter may be move slightly and you'll be happy.
