Will just an Aftermarket Fan Switch Solve my Problem?
Since upgrading my Cooling System I have run into a problem. Seems as though my 2 Thin Fans are not turning on at the right time and my Motor will start to heat up fairly quickly. Nothing ridiculous but after about 10 Minutes of Driving, it will go up past the half-way mark and chill there for a little bit, then go back down. Sometimes I dont even here the Fans turning On. I think they are just turning on way too late if anything. I installed a Brand New OEM Thermostat when I upgraded the Cooiling System, but I think what I need to do next is upgrade to a Mugen/Spoon Fan Switch so the Fans can come on earlier. Does this sound right? Should all I do is just upgrade to a Mugen/Spoon Fan Switch and keep my OEM Thermostat, or should I also get a Mugen/Spoon Thermostat along with the Fan Switch?
Any help is appreciated

I was having issues with my fans kicking on, so I just ran a little toggle switch. Real easy to do, and a lot less hassle. Now I just have a switch I hit to kick the fan on. If your car is running correctly the ECU should kick the fan on at a certain temperature. The thermostat will open earlier (at a lower temp) but eventually you're going to get up to the same temperature levels unless you've got a real hardcore cooling setup.
Honestly though, take 5$ and go up to Radio Shack. Pick up a switch you like and a thing of wire.
Run +12V directly to the positive on the fan (if you put it on the negative it'll make the fan run backwards). Run a ground from the battery(or wherever) to the switch, and then to the ground on the fan. Just like that you're set to go!

If you have a problem with ur car's fan turning on, it may just be the sensor near the thermostat that tells the fan to turn on when the car gets warm. a simple fix is just jumping the wire, no need to remember about turning a switch on. Once you turn your key ignition to the on position, the fan will come on
how to make the fan turn on while the ignition is on
1. there is a sensor near the thermostat housing

the picture shows the location of the plug, i already unplugged it
2. Take a wire and jump it from one end to end.
Tape it up to make sure the wire doesn't come loose

Well, I have already tried running a switch but I did not like it. I have a horrible memory and dont want to forget about something like this. jumping the Sensor sounds like a good idea but I dont really understand it. The Mugen Switch is only 50 Bucks, I might just do that.

Ok, so I unplug the Connector and Jump it with a piece of wire or something. Do I then Plug it back in or leave it unpluged and taped up so the Wire doesnt fall off?
How about you fix the problem you are having by installing adequate fans instead of making them work harder.
Putting that jumper will make the fans run constantly when the key is on or car is running.
If that jumper falls out or doesnt make a good connection your car will overheat very quickly.

I have 2 Brand New Aftermarket Fans . . . . they are not inadequete and Im not trying to make them work harder. Damn, all Im doing is making them kick on earlier. THATS IT! I dont see what the big deal is. Im not going to do the Jumper thing because it sounds like a stupid Idea. Plus, the Fans ARENT supposed to be on all the time. Its bad to ahve the Motor too Cool as well as too hot. Im ordering the Mugen Fan Switch. Discussion ended,

why not just do the right thing and test this sensor according to helms. if it's not in spec, then replace it. in fact, i'd just borrow a helms or look it up on red pepper's site and trouble shoot the whole system accordingly.
