Default 91 Si Hatch that i am going to part...most valuable pieces?

I am moving in a month and have to ditch my parts car....a 91 black si hatch

whats worth pulling off of it before i go?

Wiring harness, engine/tranmission, climate control plate?

car is pretty much complete...ugly body, salvage title, and hasn't run in a few years so not worth trying to make it into a runner

if anyone needs parts they can message me...this car WILL be gone within a month

stemiched:

not sure whats wrong w/ it...came as a package deal when i bought another car..didnt run then either.

previous owner claimed it was running when he stopped using it.

i put about 10 minutes into trying to get it running with no luck (turned over but didnt start)...i have had it for 3 years now

i took the gastank off to use...took the fuel pump out to use...both are now sitting in the hatch of the car...engine stuff is all there i believe

i took the ignition out and used it in my car when mine broke..

i decided it was not worth my time trying to fix it since the body is bad and it has a salvage title (ie it will never be worth anything no matter how much time i put into it)

to the op: if you think of a price i may be interested in the engine harness, and what kind of condition are the seats in?

Dont talk too much in here about buying or selling or this thread will be locked since there is the for sale thread not trying to be a hardass or anything just sayin

*EDIT* Its cool about asking questions thats how you learn as for motor swaps I think you can get away with a lot if you follow your states rules on it whether it has to be fullemmissions from the original car or whatever like here in wisconsin you can do pretty much any motor swap BUT if the motor is newer than the car you have to go by the motors emmissions and also if the motor is older than the car you have to follow the cars emmisions so basically they make you go by whatever is newer for emmissions unless you register it in a county that doesnt have emmissions

yea i know... ill just have to wait till he makes a for sale thread if thats what he decides on doing. but yea i want to do a swap with something i can find in a junk yard, just found an older integra in a junk yard, want to get the motor out of it to do a swap into a hatch or crx, i own a 91 but its a daily driver so i dont want to do any kind of swap with it, at least not till i have another car to drive during the process. sorry if im thread jacking, i dont mean to.

if i had to pick parts to keep/store/ebay:

-ecu
-front lip and hardware
-mudflaps, front and rear (so I can buy the rear ones from you)
-plastic vents (center, left and right)
-seats (if in decent condition)
-iacv (if its good)
-battery (if its good)
-wheels (if tires are good)lugnuts too

thats all i can think off the top of my head.

the dpfi to mpfi swap is big now so i would keep the engine harness, distributor, resistor box, intake manifold and ecu.
clean it all up and put on e-bay as a package deal its worth roughly 300-500 bucks on e-bay
a buddy of mine is doing the swap now he paid 80 for the harness 175 for the intake 6 for the resistor box and he bought a new distributor for another 150
plus at least 40 for the ecu as you have all of this i would sell as a package deal just specify if it was auto or manual transmission
check out the dpfi to mpfi threads, in fact check all the threads related to si as you can prolly sell the whole si badged stuff as well for some one who wants to make a clone car any parts that are unique to the si are worth stripping for resale on e-bay. window motors door lock actuatos any of this stuff is good too.

a lot of people think the A6 is the strongest d16 bottom end. The head isn't anything special, but the cam is the most agressive non-VTEC cam. If someone wants to buy the cam they'll also need the cam gear and distributor.

The resistor box is very sellable here on h-t......um, that's all I can think of now.
