4-wire o2 into EG CX

4-wire o2 into EG CX
Can anyone tell me what wires i have to run to switch to a 4 wire o2 sensor for my b16 from my 1 wire that is currently in the car, controling fuel trim for the furious 70 hp b15b8? 
no but really, what wires do i have to run, and to where???
