Default rough idle--vacumme??

i did the rear disc swap on my 90 crx dx, adn use the 94 teg back end. then i did the master cyclinder/booster swap with a 1" from a 94 teg and used the 40/40 prop valve. now i have a rough idle. it does nto stall or cut out, i am just wondering is this from the increase in vacumme from the large booster? the auto tranny seems to shift better as well. any ideas? comments/suggestions?? thanks. i will post pics when i get back from ntc ft. irwin cali on 15th sep

Check your check valve. On it there is an arrow that points toward the engine side of the vacuum line. If you have it wrong it can mess with the idle.

Also check to see if the booster will hold a vacuum. It might be leaking.
