the fuel pump has been replaced and when we replaced it it started once. We heard it come on the first time we tried but since then the pump won't come on, and obviously the car won't start.

 

Does it crank over at least?

You don't hear the fuel priming right? (a hum from underneath the rear seats)

You don't hear a click by the interior fuse box?

Does the check engine light stay on when you turn the key to the On position?

I think you need a new main relay
