I couldn't tell you which one is the best because it all depends on what you're looking for. I just got a one piece 4-2-1 ceramic header on monday(i drive the car daily), personally i like it. 4-2-1 will give you more midrange and 4-1 will give you power up top. Whatever you decide to get just get a one piece, its one less leak you have to worry about. Sorry if its not a big help.

I like the way everybody just jumps to one conclusion. What's the application? Car? & Engine? Purpose (Drag, autocross, daily driver?)??

More info is definately needed.
