Default OEM lip question

I purchased a OEM lip from a 92-95 ex coupe and i was wondering if it could be bent in half and sent to me since the seller lives in maine and i live in michigan. That lip is ABS, not polyurethane like the aftermarket ones. Will it break it or leave a mark, you think?

you cannot bend the lip in half.

if its ABS, and its bent, i guarantee it will snap.

however if its polyurethrane u could tie a knot in it and send it and it will be fine.

Could someone verify what the oem lip is made out of? It definetly isnt ABS because i tried bending it in half and it didnt break. Im just worried about it being bent in half for 3-4 days if itll cause any harm.

If it is a real oem lip, then it is abs plastic. It will break if you bend it in half.

just spend the 10 minutes and make a box out of scrap cardboard, its really not that difficult... It will be damaged if you bend it in half.

It does not matter what it is made off, DO NOT BEND THE LIP. ABS plastic will break and polyurethane will flex some but I would not bend in half. Spend the extra money and get your lip shipped correctly.
