Default HELP d16y7 cranks but doesnt start good spark and fuel?!?!

THe trusty d16 still will not start. It had a steady coolant leak for a few weeks and then decided to die when merging onto a highway. I replaced plugs, coil, wires, cap and rotor. I am getting perfect spark. I checked the fuel pressure at the filter and it is 40psi (in spec with book). I did a compression test and got
30psi in number 1
35psi in 2
35 in number 3
40 in number 4 (closest to distributor)

I took the head off and found oil in the coolant and coolant in the oil. I saw oil all under the head gasket on the block side... So i assumed it was headgasket. So i replaced the headgasket with all new head bolts. When the head was off i also took off all the valves and re-seated them. I put everything back together and torqued the head bolts in the steps that are shown in the book. When i was tightening there was 2 or 3 bolts that were squeeking when i was torqing them, so i added more oil and still got the sqeeks when i re-tourqued. I then went to start the car and got nothing.
I did another compression test and got:
30psi in #1
35psi in #2
45psi in #3
and 100psi in #4

then i added oil to the cylinders through the spark hole and got 5psi more across the board. WTF IS THE PROBLEM!?!?! I AM PISSED at mi H

Do a leak down test and see where the compression is leaking out.
That will help figure out why your #s are so low.

besides the fact that the comp is super low, is it sparking in the right order?

leak down test will tell you whats going on. seems as though could be going passes the valves. did the timing maybe jumpo a tooth?

but then again all would have low compression. i cant thnk of anything else. crack somewhere?

wtf? 4o psi on the cyclinders on a compression test? that's BAD. the motor is blown. it should be like 185 or so.
