Default 00-01 type r cams question

i plan on switching out my b16a2 cams out for some 2000-2001 type r cams with aem cam gears, my question is will the b16 springs and reatainers be okay to run with the type r cams or will i have to upgrade springs and retainers ?? i have a b16a2 with a drag gen 3 kit on it extra info .oh yeah im daily driven .

thanks for all the help guys i was kinda thinking the same thing you were thinking if im not gonna go pass my redline i wont need it, but to be on the safe side just add the springs and retainers since the old cams are coming off anyway for future references.
