I have a 94 Integra LS, and KYB AGX shocks with APC lowering springs.

Sometimes I'll hear a whooshing sound coming from what seems to be the front left tire when I go over bumps on the highway. And just recently, I noticed a distinct squeeking sound, (like mattress springs almost) coming from what appears to be the same area as the other sound.

The guys at my local garage told me my CV joints need replacing and that I should just get new front axles when I went in for my last oil change, but back then these noises werent a problem, and I havent heard the squeek in a little while. They also told me my rear right strut is leaking, but I havent noticed any change in the driving at all.

Please help, as I'm not sure whether it's the front axles, or possibly a larger problem. And when it does squeek, its annoying as hell.

 

I think u should get ur ball joints checked out and ur upper control arm. take ur car to an allignment station and let them check it out for u. I dont think it will cost that much to check.

 

My car does the same exact thing and I have KYB's with Ground Controls. Let me know what it is if you get it fixed...
