Default speakers cutting out

i need help with my tahoe speakers i have them hooked to an amp . my problem is when i turn the radio up the speakers cut out and when the volume is very low it sounds like there distorted but the thing is when its in the middle it sounds perfect the sub is also ran off a different amp but works perfect

Alright... First of all, there's no need to bump your thread 8 minutes after you created it. This forum doesn't move that fast.

Second, we need to know what kind of equipment you're running... YMM of deck, amp, speakers, wiring...

We need all the pertinent details before we can help you, not just "my speakers are cutting out, please fix them"...

well the deck is not the problem because it was doing it with the deck i had before this, same with the speakers, i basically changed everything except the under dash wiring . i wired all my components to a rockford 360.8 amp and it still does it . i guess i have to go searching for a broken wire or somthing grounding out under the dash

Have you double checked the wiring? Make sure the polaritys are not crossed up and out of curiosity what is the crossover point set to?
