Don't waste your time with a turbo, get an electronic supercharger off ebay and run 80 psi probably make atleast 400whp and its complete bolt on and you don't need tp upgrade your fuel system at all

don't listen to these guys they're just trying to blow up your motor you should get the smallest t25 they make and run about 37psi not 38psi cuz thats no good and heres a little trick when choosing oil to help with the turbo you should use half mobile 1 and half purple koolaid.... the koolaid will help koooooool the turbo and keep the viscosety of the oil but careful only to use purple koolaid .... that setup should be good for about 750hp
what you need to do is get 13:1 compression ratio pistons to get the hp up there ya know, slap on a turbo from any turbo diesel truck/semi , along with a nice jackson racing supercharger, run it with some 100 proof jack daniels alcohol injection, get some 2000cc injectors, run that turbo on 30 psi, max the supercharger on some 245/60/18 tires and you should be set.
you also asked how much hp you'll get? well with that setup you will easily be in the 1000 hp club

First off what is your goal for the motor?
You can get gobs of power out of the motor but we all have budgets.
If you want to make a lot power you will need to completely rebuild the motor, rods, pistons, sleeves, head work. If you just want to turbo then I wouldn't go above 12psi.

Statements like these do nothing, say nothing, and help nothing. We need to know your goals and purpose of the motor. If you do not have any money a turbo is probably not the best option for you. Also do not type like you talk we cannot understand you and it is very annoying. Consider this your freebie. Comprehend?

uhm well i have the trubo kit comeing in the mail it comes with a waste gate that is set to about 6 psi
i was thinking i could run a 10 psi on a stock motor
i was told 12 psi was max for a stock b18a1 out of a 90 91 ls
the kit even came with a half size rattie
would do you guys think is a save psi to run on a stock b18a1 ??
and how much power well i get out of the motor by doing that ?

TO be honest, if you are asking these questions, you are not ready to turbo.
Go research now, then come back and ask intelligent questions. I can probably find over 100 thread of USEFUL information about turboing a B18.
