Default Chip burning/programming

I just chipped/socketed a pm6 with pr4 bin. It does not idle high enough, and the car dies. When I use the auto pr4 ecu I have the car idles, a little high actually.
Is there a way to adjust idle in the tuning programs? turboedit/crome

crome there is, but not particularly with obd0 stuff. Anyway, check the TE options to see if it's mentioned. You could always just ***** with the idle screw or get a different basemap.

You again hi, as you can see the new base map lets me rev past 3000 however theres this pesky idle issue. I saw the blanked out idle option in chrome, but nothing in TE. Guess i'll just pull a vacuum line or something.

Haha, don't do that. Try adjusting your idle screw or using a different base map and copying fuel values over.

Don't know anywhere else to get a pr4 base. What it does is it starts up idle drops real low engine trys to adjust throwing in fuel, and eventually stalls. So surging then stall. I messed with the idle screw a little but then got fed up and just plugged the old auto pr4 back in lol 8/ I got fed up cause im trying to troubleshoot my conpressor problem at the same time.

Try copying the pr4 values onto a pm6 base.

Thats actually how I did it pr4 to pm6 base, I just fixed my problem I think.
I did it like on xenos site using the microsoft excel file he has.
pr4 values on ng55.bin. I started the car up and it idled very very well even when I kicked on a/c. So im happy, for now. I didn't rev the car up (you know why sleeping grandma haha)to see if it reved all the way but im sure it will.
