Default Are these rear-view mirrors worth it?



Are these mirrors really worth it? WIll they actually reduce drag in any significant, measurable amount?

I've only seen a few cars that looked good with them, and EF, wasn't one of them.

Don't even look like real C/F

I think real ones mounted on fenders would look neat. But it'll be looks only no real areo gains.

Okay peanut gallery. I didn't ask if they looked good. I want to know if they reduce aero drag by any considerable amount.

No they don't. They are very small and just harder to see out of but they do not help aero.

Buy a set, and come to my compund and we can test them in my wind tunnel. I've found the best gains with the Spoon/Vision style mirrors. Aerodynamic undertrays, and real Mugen body kits, and rear difusors make the biggest differences. Removing the windsheild wipers does wonders aswell.

and you might get pulled over and I bet you cant really see **** and they are really hella ugly.

Is it really that neccesary on a Honda? I mean it's not like ur going for land speed records! But hey, if you got the facilities and are bored, y not?

Do you think you are going to be hitting any speeds that you have to worry about how much drag you reduced with those god awful small mirrors?
