Default auto to manual swap in an ek... not sure with these parts

As the title says im in the process of doing an auto to manual swap into my ek. Im using the clutch master and clutch pedal from an integra, and the rest of the parts from an 93 eg hatch (transmission, slave cylinder, axels, clutch, linkage, ect)

my main question is: will i have any problems putting the transmission from the 93 eg hatch into my 97 ek coupe? i know that with auto trannys you run into some issues because of the obd1 to obd2 factor, but im not sure with a manual.

i also wasnt sure if i could get away with running the auto ecu with a manual tranny until i can get my hands on one.

any imput is great! thank!

FYI, the clutch lines (hard and soft lines) won't fit very well in your car. You'll need them from a 96-00 civic.

The Transmission will fit fine. Make sure you use your year cars mounts though.

ECU, you'll get a code but otherwise it will work. I'd suggest you just get a manual ECU before you drive the car.

i have the hard and soft lines nessasary for the swap and both tranny mounts for my year. i read through the entire thread on this swap, i just wanted ot make sure these parts inparticular would work without complication.

as for the ecu. what ecu do i need? i know ill need a manual obd2 computer for an ex, but what ecu code is that (i.e. P28, P72, ect...)

you will also need the brake pedal only from the 96-00 civics because the brake light switch is positioned differently on 92-95 than the 96-00 if you use the 92-95 your brake light will be on all the time
