get custom crower cams (take the Toda or Type R cam specs and request for crower to make them instead of paying out the a** for "Toda" or "Type R" cams). then run a full crower valvetrain and throw in a race header (so many companies to choose from, so just search on the all-motor section) and run a thinner head gasket if you can.

ugh. you should be searching, and if you reply in CAPS, im deleting this.

headwork:
-port and polish is always good
-a good intake manifold (portmatched of course)
-valvetrain (dual valve springs, titanium retainers, flat-faced valves) from skunk2 if on a budget, crower if you can afford a little more)
-cams get some custom ground for your application. i tend to like a slightly stock-ish low lobe for DDing and a more agressive vtec lobe for getting on it.
-milling, thus upping compression
-stronger headbolts, to minimise head lift
-thinner headgasket, to up compression
-port matched GOOD header/exhaust (RMF MSMP (sp?))

bottom end:
-shaving the block (for higher compression)
-sleeving the block (if your compression is too high)
-high compression pistons
-lightweight but strong rods to hold up to the abuse
-boring the block (for increased displacement)
-stroking the motor (for increased displacement/torque)
-stronger rod bolts to hold it together

IMPORTANT: a good tune. or else you'll just blow it up.

theese are just some ideas. the really basic things about an all motor build. i hope you have deep pockets. questions? IM me, or ask in teh all motor forums.
