ok im wondering, my car isnt starting but it cranks over. i found a ecu fuse that isnt working but ive been listening and some people says its for the radio, and some say its for electrical.cuz right now i dont want to spend 140 on a distibutor piece if the problem is the fuse. if anybody knows any info, please let me know!oh and its a 93 honda civic hatchback(eg6)

 

Check to see if its getting fuel, could be the main relay. Pull out the injector and see if you are spraying fuel in the cylinders, or check the plugs are dry or wet

 

have you checked for spark? pull a plug wire and try to arc it on a valve cover bolt. is the ECU firing up? CEL shoudl come on for a second when you put hte key on the ON position. and it should "should" shut off after a few seconds
