I have a 93 civic hatch with a 94 LS swap. I just put a new bottom end in it and now I am getting no fuel or no spark. I have tried a new main relay, and a new dizzy. all the fuses apepar to be good and all the grounds appear to be in place. I'm stumped. what could cause this??

is your main relay good

double check your grounds... ive seen lots of people get stumped because of their grounds.
try a known good ecu.

The main relay i tried came from a running car. and I did also try a known good ecu.

if you know for sure that it is no fule and spark the best bet would be to check the blue 15amp fuse in the under hood fuse box, that supplys power to the ecu, without that fuse, you get no spark or fuel

Ok well let me see what that fuse looks like and try my grounds

do you have an alarm in the car? and is does the fuel pump prime?

no alarm and no fuel pump will not kick on
