It really doesn't make much difference which kit you go with. They are all going to perform poorly in the stock Civic housings.

What criteria are you judging them by? The stock Civic housings perform poorly even when the correct halogen bulbs are used. Installing a drop-in HID kit into them will yield a poor beam pattern with excessive glare and sub-par light dispersion and control, regardless of what "kit" is being used. If you want to upgrade the performance of the stock headlights, installing some high-quality halogen bulbs such as the Philips Vision Plus is the easiest option.

I know you've been here for a while and what not but seriously, there are a ton of threads about how poor the beam pattern is from '92-'00 stock Civic housings.

It's not worth it for you or your fellow drivers, if you don't want to do a retrofit there are very functional HID foglight kits available.

FWIW I had the Sylvania Xenarc HID fog kit on my old Sol, worked amazing, it was like I had three times the lighting of my original lamps. I could drive with my headlights off and my fogs on and see a clear improvement

If you're still interested in going with HIDs in your headlights, do a quick search, like I said there are a ton of threads detailing the pros and cons and what you need to do to get the kind of lighting you'd expect with HID.
