3rd and 4th grind

i just bought a 97 ek with a b18c. I noticed if i try and shift fast into third and fourth that it grinds. i was wondering what u guys thought. I'm still pretty new to all this so anything helps.

Labor will just depend. Call around your area and find prices.

Syncros and gears are not cheap though.
