I think I just screwed up my brake calipers
Ok, I gotta ask this, I serviced my brake calipers and put copper grease into the slide bushings, they froze pretty tight, then I learned not to put copper grease into them, tried to clean them out. then put some calsium grease in it as stated per service book. Still they're quite stuck.
Possibilty that I can clean them up or do I have to press the slide bushings out and put new ones in?

try spraying in wd-40 or put some lube and see if you can get them to move. If not leave them soaked up with wd-40 for a few hours and it should break the seal between the bushing and copper grease.
Worst case you'll have to get them replaced

you're not supposed to use copper grease on the slide pins and bushings. that stuff makes rubber swell up and makes the pins stick.
the stuff we use is called sylglide. its a silicone grease/lube for the caliper pins and boots.
the copper grease is good on the pad shims and the caliper bracket shims.
