Default Help with spark plugs

I am sure this has been covered millions of times, but searching gets me no where.

I was wondering what is recommended for spark plugs. I don't drag race, but I will be auto-crossing this summer. The only mod I have in Mugen cat-back (I will add an intake this summer)

NGK's? Bosch +4?

Any comments on wires too?

Matt

Edit for spelling

I'm going to go out on limb and say Stock NGK's and stock wires are generally the best.

Sorry about the spelling of HELP, me is still gettin' edumakated (engineering though, no spelling involved )

Thanks for your comments. I think I will just end up running stock plugs and wires.
