Possible Swap?????.....haha
ok......ive ran the idea across some of my friends and they think im nuts....i would just like to hear what all of you think
i have a 93 hatch with a b18 swap.....my last car was a 350Z and i loved RWD. with this in mind i wanted to know how possible it would be to swap a F20C (for those of you that are engine code illiterate thats a S2000 motor) into my hatch. i think a RWD hatch would be ridiculous plus it probably be pretty fast considering what the F20C puts out HP-wise. if this is possible i would most def do it. the F20 is a relativly cheap engine compared to other high output honda motors, if there were moutns out there some where to do this i dont see them being expensive...the only thing i see being a decent chunk of change is a driveshaft, unless of course the rear diff and the driveshaft are the correct length for a hatch
ok i know this a pretty far out there idea. ive been talkin about this ever since i got my hatch and all my friends say that if it was possible it would have been done already....which i take into full consideration but i guess there is a part of me that just craves a rwd drive train with a high revving honda engine. any one with any info please share. ive see 4G63's in hondas and 5.0 mustang motors in miatas.......hopefully there is some way to put a F20C in a hatch
thanks

Yes there are ways.
You dont have to use a F20C, you can use a b-series with a CRV tranny and what not, but its going to be a bitch, and its prolly going to break alot and cost alot of money.
Search, its been done already, and the 4G63 swap was FWD any ways.

there was a hatch with a RWD small block, so it is possible, but if you dont want to do it yourself, you are going to have a hard time finding someone to do it, and it will cost a sh*t load. The mounts will have to be custom, no one to my knowledge makes a kit for that swap. anything is possible with enough money
